Compiled by Saitō Chōshū, Painted by Hasegawa Settan 1834-1836 (Tempō 5 to Tempō 7) Kaga Collection 256

The Tokiwa-zuka burial mound is said to have been located in Kamiuma, Setagaya Ward, but there seem to have been two burial mounds even in the Edo period, and it is not known which one was the real one. The site became a famous spot thanks to the legend of the Lord of Setagaya Castle Kira Yoriyasu and his concubineTokiwa, and Tokiwa-bashi bridge is believed to have been situated near the Tokiwa-zuka burial mound.
