Ichinomiya Daimyōjin is the present-day Ono Shrine in Ichinomiya, Tama City. This shrine is said to have been built by the middle of the 8th century near Kokuga (the provincial governor's office) as "Ichinomiya", which means to be the most prestigious shrine.
