Humanities Room
On the third floor, there are the 'Humanities Room' and the 'Services Room for the Visually Impaired.'
Materials are available on library science, philosophy, religion, history, biographies, geography, customs, folklore, ethnology, art, sports, languages, and literature.

Local History
You can view local history journals published by municipalities nationwide, such as prefectural histories and city/town/village histories.
Art Information
You can leisurely enjoy reference books on art, large-format art books, individual artist collections, and exhibition catalogs.

Biographical Information
You can look up reference books about people, such as biographical dictionaries, name lists, and portraits.
Chinese and Korean Books
This is a section collecting Chinese and Korean books. Focusing mainly on various reference books, it has books covering a wide range of fields.
Electronic Bulletin Boards
Once your requested materials have been located and are ready for viewing, you will be notified through the display of your reader's card identification number on the electronic bulletin boards located on floors 1 to 5 of the library. If you are requesting photocopy services, your ticket number will be displayed.

Service Room for the Visually Impaired
A face-to-face reading service is provided, with recorded materials, as well as preparing and lending braille versions of books to the visually impaired. Computer screen readers and reading aids converting regular printed materials into speech and enlarging the print are also available.
