Mainly exhibits materials of the Tokyo Metropolitan Library. The theme of the exhibits is changed several times a year.

The entire floor is for reading. PCs can be used here. Wireless LAN and FREE Wi-Fi services are available. This space enables a group of people to study together in one room, while making use of materials from the Library. Even someone from outside the group of people can study in this room, provided there are empty seats available.
＊Group of 15 or more should reserve up to one day in advance. There is a two-hour time limit for reserved use.

Once your requested materials have been located and are ready for viewing, you will be notified through the display of your reader's card identification number on the electronic bulletin boards located on floors 1 to 5 of the library. If you are requesting photocopy services, your ticket number will be displayed.
