Mainly exhibits materials of the Tokyo Metropolitan Library. The theme of the exhibits is changed several times a year.

The entire floor is a reading area. You can use your own laptop. Also, TOKYO FREE Wi-Fi (free wireless LAN) is available.

This room can be used for group study and research activities.

Once your requested materials have been located and are ready for viewing, you will be notified through the display of your reader's card identification number on the electronic bulletin boards located on floors 1 to 5 of the library. If you are requesting photocopy services, your ticket number will be displayed.
